Ron Osiecki
Agency Principal
Ron is the owner of the agency. He attended the University of New Mexico and is a veteran of the United States Air Force where he served for eight years. While in the Air Force he was certified as a safety specialist. He was employed by Erie Insurance Group as a risk management consultant for nine years. Ron has a strong background in commercial and life insurance products which our insured's find to be very valuable.
Donna Milligan
Agent
Donna graduated from The Ohio State University in 1985 with a BS in Business Administration. After working for an agency in Wadsworth, OH for 10 years Donna and her husband Ron Osiecki purchased the Insurance Centre Agency in 1998. Donna has obtained licenses in Property and Casualty, Life and Health insurance and currently works as an Agent for the office. She lives in Wooster.
Kim Ogle
Account Manager
Kim joined the Insurance Centre Agency in 2004. Since her start at the agency, she has obtained her licenses in Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance. She is currently the Account Manager at the agency and can assist new and existing customers with all of their insurance needs. Kim is committed to helping customers understand their insurance policies and choose the coverage that best fits their individual situations. She maintains a working knowledge of the ever-changing insurance industry through continuing education and in-depth product knowledge. Kim is a 1998 graduate of Muskingum University and lives in Wooster with her husband and daughter.
Lisa Lankford
Customer Service Representative
Lisa obtained a BA in Psychology in 1992 from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania , as well as a degree in Early Childhood Education in 2006 from Ashland University. Lisa joined the Insurance Centre Agency in January 2011 and has since obtained licenses in Property and Casualty, and Life and Health Insurance.
Amy Howman
Marketing Representative
A 2011 graduate of the University of Akron Amy obtained a BS in E-Marketing and Advertising as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from North Central State College in 2005. Amy has a background and licensure in Property and Casualty Insurance and has worked with many businesses to help them meet and exceed their marketing needs.
